Library Services

Arndell Anglican College is committed to providing first class resources for 21st century learning. Access to information is of paramount importance in educationally resourcing a school.

Our Library staff are committed to assisting our students gain maximum information literacy, while providing them with the best possible information resources.

At Arndell we are blessed to have two great libraries.

The Mears Senior Library (MSL): Arndell Anglican College’s Senior Library is an oasis of information. In addition to a vast number of books, the MSL has a large mezzanine study area for students to work quietly, away from any distractive activity.

The Stubbs Junior Library (SJL): Arndell Anglican College's SJL has a reading pit in which students can relax on cushions and stretch out on the carpeted steps, a lab of 30 computers to support class research as well as two SMART Boards for interactive instruction and learning.

Our library catalogue holds over 70,000 resources across both libraries. The catalogue is accessible from home, in addition to a number of subscribed research databases, which can be used for assignment work.

Each library has a colour photocopier for student use.
